Beautiful area! Lovely views towards Maria's Beach and Domes Beach from the lighthouse area. Nice overlook to watch the surfers at Domes. We spotted an iguana in a tree. We went back one evening to watch the sunset. Excellent sunset view! Plenty of parking. Wasn't crowded either time we were there.

Great place to enjoy a sunset in the Caribbean Sea. Views excellent, well maintained and clean. Enjoy the wind, the view, the surfers, the sea...

The views are in describable. Take a camera as well as a binocular. Toilets are so so , bring paper ...

This place is so quite and peaceful. You can enjoy the sunset and the surfers. Walk and enjoy the wind in your face. Rincon for me is magical !

If you're in Rincon stop by the Lighthouse anytime, but especially at sunset, for an outstanding view of the ocean, you can see three great breaks at once: Maria's, Indicators, and Dome's, amidst a beautiful park. If you can't find the Lighthouse stoop by the post office and ask Teri and Nathan at the Surfing Potato food cart for directions!

is a nice tourist place for see the sunset but if you are with kids becare of the them because the railings from the area are broken and kids can tresspass to the cliff.

The grounds are very well maintained. The lighthouse was closed though and there were no souvenir shops like there used to be. Still a great place to catch beautiful views of the west and beautiful sunsets.

We definitely enjoyed the views. Also we went there during a lightning storm one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did however, find that during the day the women's restroom was locked. The men's restroom was in decent shape. There are a couple of places where the railing is missing. All in all though, it's worth a visit for the great photo opportunities.

Nice and peaceful area, senic views, perfect for family pics. Near main town and near by shopping perfect for surfers.

For either chilling in the park or for taking high up pictures of both Maria's Beach or Dome's Beach surfers, this is the spot. There are also nice views of Desecheo Island and a couple of artisan street vendors to top it off.

Will come again. Was here on july 19 2014. And it's a wonder place. Well come with my whole family. It's very peacefull. And a clean place.

Had we missed stopping here, I wouldn't have been devastated, but I'm glad we saw it briefly one afternoon. It's probably quite stunning around sunset. The lighthouse and grounds are well maintained and the view is pretty. Parking was easy and it wasn't out of the way for us to check it out, but really all of the area is pretty, so unless you really love lighthouses, this is not a must-see in my book. We didn't leave anything in our car when we went to walk around and felt safe throughout our time there. It wasn't overwhelmingly touristy, which was also nice. There were some vendors with jewelry and drinks, but not much and the park was filled with families and couples taking in the beautiful view and nicely manicured tropical landscapes.

Next to el Faro is Diversion and Fun Rentals. This is one of the best places of Rincon. With the rentals you can really explore beyond of what is seen in the pictures. Real nice paradise!!

You have to take a few minutes to walk around this park and see the lighthouse. You will not regret it!

February is the time of year for whale watching off the coast of Rincon, PR. and El Faro Park is the perfect place for viewing these beauties of nature. The park sits on a bit of a cliff just between Marias and Domes beach and it is also a great spot to watch the surfers as well. If you go there on a clear night the stars look like they touch the water. It is really beautiful and a must do when visiting Rincon.
