This is the theatre at Capilano University (Cap College to the older generation) and many of the productions are part of the strong music and theatre programs the university offers. Student productions are excellent value for the money. A real treat are the concerts that feature faculty members or visiting artists-in-residence as with Bill Frisell earlier this year. Co-productions with groups such as Rogue Folk Club bring in a wide range of eclectic performers throughout the year. The theatre itself is wonderful. Great sight lines and truly no bad seats.Every year the programming gets stronger and the best part is that it's right here in North Vancouver. If you're visiting Vancouver and see there's a show that interests you, it's well worth the trip over the bridge.
