Loved this place, so much to see you could imagine what was going on in there many years ago. Highly recommend a visit

Good chance to see around the whole courthouse include all the various back rooms and for the kids to sit in the various parts of the courtroom itself and "re-enact" for a bit of fun. A bit of Kelly memorabilia and story helps bring the historical element alive.

A very well presented piece of history, which forms an interesting tour together with the museum. Well worth visiting.

There was lots of information, an continuous voice over trial, able to take photos, could freely walk around.

It's a must to visit and very interesting from an historical point of view. Good value and easy to navigate.

Dont go here without taking one or both of the "Echoes of history" tours which leave from the Town Hall opposite the courthouse. The talented guides, in our case Laura, will make the history of this historic town come to life and the Ned Kelly tour in particular is fascinating. The Courthouse itself is probably the most impressive of the collection of building on the precinct and the audio commentaries are especially well done. Go into the Library and you can smell the history of this place. This just adds so much value to any visit to this town.

Where Ned Kelly faced the bench –– among many others. Well curated, with knowledgeable people at the desk. Worth seeing.

Very interesting to see a well preserved 19th Century courthouse where a famous trial took place. The court itself is interesting but they also show you a lots of material about the more distinguished judges that sat there and the trials they dealt with,

Excellent staff who really went out of their way to make the visit fun and entertaining for the kids.

Extremely interesting and a must for Bushranger buffs. Informative documentation together with plenty of artifacts from the 1800's covering an interesting and questionable time in Australia's History. Highly recommended.

Hey, the ticket desk man was a mine of information. Legally, the trial was not fair (the good old days eh?) Plus, from a medical view point, Ned must have had several traumatic brain injuries from his boxing and past injuries not east from being beaten up by eth police when he was young. And his mother?! "Die like a Kelly" what a role model! Fascinating place. The town is as it was except for cars instead of horses. Go for the day

Wow, this Courthouse has been so well preserved, the Tour Guide, Mr Michael Beattie, was such an inspiring, efficient, pro-active and pleasant representative, imparting information on Ned Kelly and other Criminals, who'd been processed through the court system. Definitely recommend this, the Library with it's replica of the streets of a bygone era, the memorabilia, as well as Neds Vault... the three, in total give a more indepth and interesting representation. Having done Glenrowan as well, it was the completion to our adventure.

This is a superb historic court house. Take your time and just sit and imagine what it was like back in the old days.

Initially went here with my school in grade 3. Had to go back. Nice walk in for people with a heart for history and eye for its value.

We took our 4 year old and 7 year old and they were given 'Look and Find' sheets which kept them busy and allowed us to take our time to look at everything. This is the second time I have been to this courthouse and still find new things to look at.
