I spent some beautiful times (tiempos lindos) in Cordoba! This was always a fun hangout for young people, older people, and tourists alike. The wonderful color shows, the well kept grounds, and the unique hangout made it a go-to place the entire time I was visiting.

Excellent place for meeting locals. They are all together drinking "mate tee" , and lots of fun on the afternoons!

While the building, an old prison, has been imaginatively restored and developed the art on the walls brought little joy as curator gathered a bunch of locals to pat them on the back in front of the tourists. A disappointment.

At night, the Paseo is lit up with multiple colors, so it provides a wonderful backdrop to the people relaxing on the grounds drinking mate and maybe some wine. We visited on a day where the main museum was hosting local artisans and their work. There was some really cool stuff, though none of it was available for purchase. There is a wonderful space for performances in the old church that is a part of the Paseo. There are also great wine bars on premises.

You can visit Paseo Buen Pastor during daylight, and appreciate this charming spot, sitting in one of its cafe's outdoor tables or having lunch in one of the restaurants, with a view of historical buildings and churches. At night it becomes cheerful and full of life, with places to listen to live music while you have a beer or dinner, or watch the dancing waters of the fountains. It is worth while a visit.

Although this mini mall is situated in the refurbished building of a former women's prison, the interest stops there. Not too many shops, and the ones there are way overpriced.

This wonderful place have several bars and restaurants. During day and night you can find amazing people around and always young people. This place is in the neighbor where all the students live. Close to the city centre, it is an amazing opportunity to enjoy a summer beer! :-)

We watched the fountain show from a restaurant on nearby. It was definitely a good small show, but a little hard to be impressed after seeing the fountain shows from Las Vegas and Dubai. I wouldn't go out of my way to see the show, but if you're in the area at 7.00 pm when it starts, it would be worth having a look.

The big red church is worth checking out as is the church which has been turned into a concert venue. The Antares bar is also here.

This is a recent remodelled area in Córdoba. It was a former women's prison and because of the growth it was moved so the place was completly empty. Today, the old church is an art galery exhibition and there are many restaurants and shops. Another nice thing is that when the walls were demolished it cleared the view towards the "capuchinos" church next to it. The reshuffle gave a new fresh air to the city and people (especially youngs) uses the grass to seat and chat, drink mate and have a great time most of all during the hot summer days.

It was a great relax after walking the city during the day. We went two nights and enjoyed the beautiful water dancing while having dinner. Really, we didn´t want to return to the hotel...

In the middle of the city, this square of bars and restaurants is the epicenter of the nightlife of Cordoba. The building was refurbish from an Old Prison destined for women's and a church to what is now, a cultural centre and trend place from the north of Argentina.It provides a lot of gastronomical options and a lot of events are arrange around this place from culinary markets to wine tastings. I love the ambience in the fountain, the water shows and the music played as well. The lightning around the building with the church in the back it was also well organized and everything was well maintain. A must for a visit to Cordoba.

The attraction used to be a women´s prison and now is a popular meeting spot for many locals. There are water fountains that are choreographed to music that are played every hour on the hour from 1900 - 2200 (when I was there). There is a nice breeze and sometimes some other performances there. I saw an Armenian performance when passing by a few days ago. There are many bars and restaurants in the area and it´s also a great place to chill after exploring the museums in the area. You can also sometimes see girls having photoshoots at the fountains to celebrate their 15th birthdays. Really nice place to hang out with lots of seats around!

All the bars in Cordoba are near so the square is always full of people sitting now and drinking. There are some good but expensive restaurants on the square but one café that is extremely well located with stand up comedy, in front of the water show with opera music that is cheap and nice atmosphere outside.

Situated in the beautiful Irigoyen avenue and right beside the Capucino's church (an old and beautiful gothic church), this formerly women's prison now constitutes one of the most favourite meeting points in Córdoba.With several bars, restaurants and pubs right in the spot, with a varied offer suited to every taste, a show of dancing waters and a very long list of attractions to see for yourself, El Paseo del Buen Pastor (Good Sheppard's paseo) is a must-go place in Córdoba.
