If you have only a day to spend in Odessa, spend a few hours on Deribasovskaya Ulitsa. It is a mile long cobble-stone pedestrian street through the center of town and you can find everything on or near it, restaurants and outdoor cafes, shops, parks, shopping malls, a few modest hotels, a small amusement park with go-karts and food stands. It is a great place for a leisurely stroll and people watching.

It may seem there is nothing special in this street. No outstanding architecture, except for couple of really unique buildings and beautiful garden located just in the middle. Several good restaurants and cafes, boutiques, shops. There are streets, alleys and squares in Odessa which could be considered much more beautiful. Who really believe that Picadilly is the most beautiful street in London or Champs Elysees in Paris? However, these names are known all over the world.The same with Deribasovkaya St. If you have never visited it and walked a couple of miles in it, you surely missed something that you would remember forever.Like they say here -if you have never seen it then what you 've been doing all your life.

Great place food food and shopping! Next to the Opera, very close to Potemkin stairs, the harbor, Primorsky Boulevard.... and so on!

This is a fun place to hang out from morning to night. Bands play in the park. There is shopping on the main street and lots of restaurants and cafes. Great place to hang out or rendezvous with your lady or friends!

If you have time on a beautiful day sit in city park and wait for the local bands to play,...It s delightful and good food all around the park

It's the main street in Odessa to see people strolling around. There are multiple attractions, mostly amateurs, and interesting sights. I felt like it's a city tradition to go out and walk around the street every day, it's right next to city garden which is a nice place to sit for some drinks or food.

There are a lot of fun little shops along this stretch of downtown. Every time I have gone at night, there have been street performers, little street vendors selling crafts and various food items. There is also a horse and acarriage ride that is nice.

This is a very charming street with a great deal of movement and many restaurants. It is one of the places to go in Odessa

The ambience of the street is wonderful. You will pass many upscale shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beautiful city garden. For sure, grab a cup of coffee or tea and so some serious people watching.

I recently stayed with my partner at the Frapolli Hotel on Deribasovskaya Street and this street is magnificent. As I said to friends back home walking along this street in the afternoon, evening and night is like visiting a variety of concerts. There are numerous musicians, solo and groups playing in the street, this together with a great range of quality restaurants and some good shops too make this a street not to miss.

This street is a great place for walking. There is a lot of places to see and to visit. It is easy to get there. At least derebasovska is a mix of modern and historical odessa
