Restaurant here is not perfect. Better get the top for Ekaterinburg sightseeing. Lobby also not impresses, but this building became the face of the city!

Best view of the city (by far) but blooooooody cold in the winter. Would recommend to go there with the local/guide who can explain what is what.

Very nice viewpoint on the 52nd floor. Note that it is an open platform; it could be very cold at winter or if windy.One thing to improve: there are no any explanations about the view. Also, with a child carriage it was a little bit complicated to enter.There are also a coffeehouse at 37th and V.Vysotsky museum near the entrance.

The current tallest building in Ekaterinburg. To have an opinion about the city, go and climb on top to observatory platform. Also has a nice, classy, chick restaurant on the top. Especially you can enjoy the city scene by night under the lights. So you can appreciate Ekaterinburg as an European - like city

Very good way of looking at the great architecture of the city.Beautiful views on a sunny day.There is no shelter. I would not recommend it on a windy or rainy day.

I was recommended to go up this skyscraper and it was worth: the views are incredible. However, I found it expensive. And there is glass everywhere, which is not so nice for photos. Still, I also recommend it to get a good overview of the city.

Well worth a look. Instead of paying to go to the top I had a coffee inside on the 51st floor. Advisable on the colder days.

Where is the best place to observe the city scape? Observation tower of course. I would suggest you go up there during sunset but not when it's cloudy.

If you are bored go to the roof and enjoy the view. Ticket is 300 rub and as this is the highest spot you will see 360 of the city

For the price of about 5 Euro you can get to the very top of the newly built skyscraper in the very center of the city and look around. Beware, it's quite windy and cold in the winter, so you can't spend much time on the top. Although, the night view is nice!

Днем делать нечего, а вот вечером вид просто супер! Вид с высоты птичьего полета на весь Екатеринбург. Настоящий мегаполис!
