There are several places in Moscow that you must see and this is one of them - don't miss the Faberege eggs!

£7 to visit, I primarily wanted to see the Faberge eggs of which there were only 8 so was disappointed. The carriages and costumes were good but gold icons not really very interesting. They also I sist you rake off your coat, God knows why everything behind glass screens so nothing to harm- there is an audio guide included in your ticket.

This is one of the greatest museums in the world. The collection is like nothing you will ever see. A MUST while visiting the Kremlin in Moscow.

The Armoury, which is much rather a Treasury or Jewellery Exhibition. For 400 RUB (approx. EUR 6) you can enter once every two hours. On Thursdays it is closed as I understood. The collection is nicely structure in a bit less than 20 rooms - 18 if I remember correctly and takes 1.5 hours with the Audio Guide. English guides are free of charge and are quite good.I Won't give you more details - this is really a must, well-organized, rich and impressive collection representing the nation's obsession with anything expensive and shiny.

An amazing and vast collection of riches from history. It is impossible to choose a favourite area...icons, jewels, carriages, clothes, gifts to the country....

This was very interesting, I hadn't realised that it would be full of such beautiful items, the clothing, jewellery, tableware all very interesting, there were some items of weaponry but most of the armoury was full of other things not weapons.

Nice place to see the history. Better to take guided tour or private tour. Take kids- it's worth it.

Although it's not an easy process to get tickets and make your way in to the armory (especially if you don't speak or read Russian) it is worth the hassle to figure it out. Better yet, save yourself the frustration and get a guide. This collection of the country's most valuable artifacts, weapons, religious articles and carriges is amazing. Perfectly preserved for all to enjoy.

The armoury, is a collection of wealth beyond imagination. When simple people were starving, Tsar and Tsarina, had diamonds placed even on the wheels of their carriages! Icons of Panagia, Mother of Christ, made with excess art, decorated with thousands of pearls and precious stones. Weapons of time, art objects, gifts from ambassadors which played the role of invitation request in order to present their credentials, and of course the Faberge eggs as gifts to mother and wife of the Tsar on Easter.Make yourself a favor, take your time, and don't be hurry. Try to see all exhibits, and devote them the time they deserve. The ticket is 700r. per adult. Children up to 18 years old free.

The armoury is full of amazing artifacts, gifts, jewels, dress, carriages. Get the audio guide if you have children. We spent about 1 hour in here with 3 teeanagers. The amount of stuff is overwhelming. Show the kids the faberge eggs!

One of the greatest collections of gold/silver ornaments/tableware etc. in the world. You need to book in advance and can pay online. Audioguides are included in the ticket price, so make sure to grab one
