Czech Republic is not just Prague. This royal town Kutna Hora is aprox 1hour train ride from Prague. Since 1995 is on UNESCO list. You can walk old town and visit beautiful gothic cathedral of Saint Barbara, Jesuit college or Italian Court, former temporary royal residence. 2 kilometers from city centre is unique Ossuary - Bone Chapel with remains of 40000 peple, decoratively sep up as chandelier, pyramids and monstrance. When taking train from Prague, make sure to get off at station Kutna Hora mesto, which is only 5 minutes walk from old town.
