the posture project, yoga, massage, & yoga videos

I was given a Gift certificate in late December which expires on 6/30/13 for services including a massage. Personal issues prevented my using the certificate earlier, but that should not matter.I called on 6/26/13 to schedule the massage and spoke with Annie. She said they were booked through 6/30 and I could not use the certificate. When I protested, she said they had priced this certificate too low offering me $30 towards the ($100) massage I was due, citing Groupon's policy (this was not a Groupon and no such policy was indicated).I have never had a certificate rejected as long as the appointment (not the service) was established before the expiration date.I associate Yoga with spiritual enlightenment and it is disheartening to experience such business tactics.

This is a very nice studio tucked a little bit off of Hwy 92 in Woodstock.I attended a great class with a wonderful instructor named Christa. I have a couple of sports injuries and she was able to help me get the most out of my practice in spite of them.I highly recommend this studio!!!
