Stayed here on our way further south in a small travel trailer. They found us a place in the group area, as they were very crowded and full. It was a bit dusty and noisy where we were. The facilities were fine, just what I came to expect while traveling. The rates were OK. There is a good dog run and we also took our dog down to the river and let her swim away from the beach area. I was scolded for letting my dog on the grass while walking her over the dog run. There was no signage or indication that I shouldn't have crossed that area with her, so was a little put off by that, but otherwise an OK place to spend a night or two.

The Chili Cookoff was great, and it was nice being able to enjoy the weekly swap meet as well. The weather was perfect, sunshine, but not overwhelming.

Highly recommend this park. It has it all. Great location 7 miles north of Parker Az. Boat launch, baseball field, horseshoe pits, clubhouse and playground. Firrpits, grassy areas and beaches, as well as small marina.
