swansea ghost town

We drove out to Swansea (AZ Ghost town) about 30 mi SE from Parker, AZ. Swansea doesn't have swans or a sea, it's an abandoned copper mining town, 30 miles from nowhere in the desert. Worth seeing!Take Shea Rd off AZ 95 south of Parker to Swansea Mine Rd, then Swansea Rd. Watch for these turnoffs!
