I love the city center in Port Orange, Fl It is so beautiful and peaceful there. There are nice activities going on at various times, craft shows, family days and even a farmer's market. The water dept. is located there and so is the library. The little lake has a nice walking area that you can take your dogs for a walk or just sit on one of the benches and enjoy the scenery. The library is so nice offering all kinds of programs and also has a wonderful sitting area outside with a very nice fountain where you can sit and read a book or just relax. I love Port Orange and all it has to offer.

Found this beautiful city park. Beautiful scenery, birds, great for picnics, biking and running. We needed to walk on an easy, flat area and the path around the lake was perfect. Would love a park like this in my hometown.

This City center offers a variety of activities for everyone. You can walk ,run ,walk your dog, or sit around the lake to watch the turtlles ,ducks or simply to read a book. Family days are held yearly for city Family days activities are held every year for the city residents. Concerts and movies are held in the amphiteather. Other activities like Crime Prevention Night , also A great meeting place for free.

Relaxing and serene when there are no special events happening; vibrant and energetic when there are--best of both worlds.

One of the nicest and safest parks in the area. Great place to sit and relax or walk around the lake.

If every small town had a place like this, they could be truly called a community! With City Center, Port Orange truly feels like a sweet little community. Movies at the amphitheater, Family Fun Days, 5K races for charities, the library, the list goes on and on! Or, it's just nice to come here to walk, look at the birds and turtles...

Great place to walk and enjoy the fresh air. Nice pond and lots of birds. Great for watching fireworks on 4th of July. Really nice

The Post Orange City Center is a lovely place for a stroll around the lake (well, it's not much of a lake. Its more or a large retention pond. But it is a nice place for a stroll or exercise walking.On different occasions there will be events such as the Lakeside Jazz Festival which is in April, The Port Orange Family Days carnival and local information booths which is in March, the Port Orange Art Fest which is in April, the Family 4th of July Festival, and different nightly concerts which are held in the open air amplitheater.The Port Orange Regional Library is also located in the City Center Complex which is open 7 days a week Also, nearby, is the YMCA fitness center.

This is a great place for families to walk, bike, & observe or feed the various birds, ducks, fish, & turtles. Also great for bird watchers & photographers as there are such a variety of birds that call the small Lake at City Center home. Also in this center is an amphitheatre where concerts & movies under the stars is hosted. The City Recreation center, library, & YMCA is also located in the City Center. Theres also a baseball field & childrens playground. They also host a yearly Family Day that includes a carnival & local vendors, & a few horses which my daughter enjoyed riding & feeding. Love going for early morning walks around the lake in the morning it's really refreshing & beautiful place to get your morning started

I like being able to walk around a pretty lake without worrying about cars or traffic. Sometimes, there are birds, ducks, and turtles waiting to be fed. The fountains in the lake add a nice touch. Great place to take children.
