the stones throw

Matt and I ate here twice in two days due to the Toledo Water Crisis, which closed every restaurant in Toledo for the weekend we were there. Our first trip on Saturday, we started with an onion ring appetizer which was tasty, but a little greasy. Matt then had the roast beef and brie on marble rye, I had the fish sandwich, both came with amazing garlic pub fries. We finished with a small and slightly disappointing apple tart. On Sunday, the service, which had been stellar the day before, was much slower in spite of the restaurant being no busier. We started with a disappointing potato boxxy. Then Matt had a black angus "St Patty" burger and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were excellent, and again came with the garlic pub fries.
