silver run vineyard & winery

I do love the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful! My spouse and another couple, very good friends, have been about 3-4 times but we just haven't found a wine that we truly enjoy. Which is unfortunate because the decor is beautiful and the people are knowledgable. Also, they have named their wines according to the history of the area which is really cleaver.Just have to add alittle Sprite and ice for me to doctor it up I guess.

I love it here. Go a few times a month. Have a great time with friends, staff is great! Have had a tour and find the place fascinating. Lots of local places deliver here and snacks are available. Highly recommend!

This winery is one of the few in the area with a good dry selection, in addition to a large variety of sweet wines. You can enjoy your wine inside by the fireplace, or on the back deck. The friendly staff will walk you through a tasting and set you up with a bottle that you will enjoy. You can bring your own food, or look through a selection of menus that they have on location from restaurants that will deliver. They are only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Visited Silver Run for the first time today. The inside is nice with a cozy fireplace, but we sat out on the back deck on this nice day. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wine was delicious. It was hard to pick a favorite, but I think I liked the Buckeye Blend the best with Sister Smiles(Peach) coming in a close 2nd fave. Can't wait to go again.

This is our favorite area winery. The selection is fabulous-a great variety of sweet to dry. The owners, Ed and Christine, are so friendly and willing to take the time to help you find a wine you will love. The building is beautiful and the area photography on the walls gives it a great local charm. Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, it has ample seating and a nice fireplace. Definitely worth a visit.
