The green of spring, and birds calling. Singing, warbling, hooting and chirping. A symphony of sound which reminds us life can be simpler. And there are cycles to things. And if we stop and pay attention there it is. Our breath. Our motion. Our attention honed into the finest and most expansive moments in life. That's why I got to places like the Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge. To walk paths, and broadwalks over wetlands. To see Trillium, and fern and duck weed and ducks and geese and the footprints of a fox following the riverbank west.
