I'd say the label of "Park" for this area is a little generous. It has a sign, a water fountain and a bathroom. More of a rest area than anything else. Nothing to do, no historical sites, no view. Main feature is an algae and bug clogged bit of waterway. The previous main attraction was an old truck up on blocks that had been stripped down and abandoned for years. I give it a two because at least the existing facilities work and are relatively clean.
