emerald art center

This was a great find as we wandered through Springfield, OR. We combined this with a trip to the Springfield Museum (also on Main street) and a walk through the area to view the colorful murals - including the Simpson Mural on the side of the Emerald Art center. This looks to be a fun place to be involved if you live in the area. They display work from local artists, photographs, paintings and even highly detailed dolls. The curator was very friendly. All this and it was FREE.
