jefferson county courthouse

This is the courthouse you think of when reading about history. I could nt take enough pictures. I only wish I had gone inside. It was a Sunday so it was closed. The gold dome on the very top is breathtaking. I was told a young man lost his life while doing some work on the golden dome. I can't wait to read about this courthouse. The bells in the courthouse ring on the hour and the sound is beautiful.
