diamond billiards

We aren't pool sharks for sure, but wanted to try our hand on a recent reunion trip to Modesto. Diamond Billiards is a clean, well-lighted place with lots of tables to choose from. There's an air-hockey table and an electronic dart board up front, and the juke box is $.75 per song.We didn't know what we were doing, and the attendant was really helpful in setting us up before we started knocking balls around the table. Good music kept us there for three games on a Sunday afternoon. It's nice to have a place where female newbies can hang out in a safe-feeling place.
