From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out, everything was absolutely fabulous!! Kat was both very professional and educationally fun!!!! Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!!

It is great to go as a group. We were a party of 12. Mak was a wonderful instructor and doing his best for us to enjoy this wonderful experience. I wish it would last longer. Make sure you arrive one hour early. Highly recommended!!!

My husband gave me a "flight" as my Valentine Day present, and it was awesome. I will admit that the actual experience itself was a little "weird", but that was only because it was so different that anything that I have done before! I had enough fun, so much so, that I booked another flight, and bought a t-shirt! Now, I have to drag some friends with me! My instructor Cole was great.

What do you do when they're too old for Chuck E Cheese? This was great fun. My friends had such a good time we prepaid for future flights (a great deal!) and are already planning to go back.

My 11 year old son and I had a great experience at ifly in Seattle last week. Our instructor made us very relaxed and was clear with the instructions which made the experience very comfortable and helped us have a fantastic time.We bought additional time for whenever we are in Seattle again!! I HIGHLY recommend this for some very cool bonding with kids!

We weren't sure how this was going to turn out, but being up for a little sport now and then is a pretty good thing. The instructor was helpful, the acrobatics of the staff before we entered the tunnel were mind-blowing and the feeling itself was exhilarating. All this without having to jump out of a plane.After the adrenalin subsided, we needed naps (or were just looking for an excuse to sleep - who knows)... I occasionally get motion sick and that did happen after the flight. In hindsight, the flight was pretty early in the morning and I hadn't had a proper breakfast and hydration before. Since the first visit, I've brought family and friends flying since and as long as everyone's well nourished in advance, we've gotten big open-mouthed, cheek-flapping-in-the-wind smiles from everyone who tries it.It's expensive, but for us it's well worth the price of admission. If you do enjoy it - take advantage of the incentives pricing on future flights while you are there.

The most wonderful experience, so much so that I'm doing it again next weekend!! Well worth the money and you'll have a stupid grin on your face for hours!

The instructor showed us a video, then briefly reviewed 4 hand signals that he would use. That was it. We didn't even "practice" the correct postion (as much as that is possible) before entering the tunnel. When we were in the tunnel the instructor used several hand signals that were not covered. My daughter got confused and when she floated toward the wall, she freaked out and bent her legs which sent her floating down to the netting. She couldn't understand what the instructor wanted her to do to correct her flight. Consequently, she felt discouraged and didn't do her second flight. I agree with one of the other posters that they are pretty much just funneling people through. They made us come an hour ahead of time for training, but our "training" lasted less than 15 minutes. Either beef up the video, or have the instructor spend more time talking about how different movements will effect what happens in the tunnel.

I am happy to say that iFly has improved since the last time my family visited. They have completely redone their photo and video system and it is SO much better. Thank you! We actually got photos of everyone who flew this time!! And we all had so much fun! Not to mention we were much better this time around :)The instructor we had was very knowledgeable and had some great pointers for all of us. And he could actually tell my sister and I apart, so that was nice :)

I was going to watch my daughter and my husband fly and there was room in the very early morning group, so decided to do it too! I am so glad because it was really a fun experience. Our instructor, Will, was so good and so much fun. Our check-in experience was super smooth and friendly. I would recommend this to pretty much anyone as long as you don't have back or shoulder issues.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as many other reviewers describe. What really set this facility apart is the caring attention of the staff - they are amazing.

I bought my college son, and my teenaged son the gift card at costco, which advertised 2 - 1 minute flights. My son in college had been skydiving before, so I felt it was the perfect, fun gift for him. What they don't tell you, is that for your flight, you have to stay close to the ground. It's literally one minute per flight. No going up to the ceiling to get the full effect either. That is $10 extra. I feel that the extra money to get the full experience of flying up to the top of the indoor skydiving room is a scam. There's already a flight instructor in the room with you, why not let them feel the full effect of getting to fly to the top. Also, the time was too short. I think the folks who have a pass, and go often probably have it figured out. Also - the video that came with the gift card lasted a total of 4 seconds. Also very disappointing. Overall, the impression I got was that they were just moving people through... kind of like a roller coaster ride at am amusement park. No concern about whether the customer has a great experience or not. Just move 'em through.

We took our entire family of 12 to I-Fly for a Christmas gift. It was SO much fun! Our ages ran from 10 to 63 and everyone enjoyed the experience. I am very afraid of heights and this was an amazing experience for me, one of my 10 ten things I have done and I can't wait to go back! When you are flying it is impossible to wipe the smile of your face! The employees were so helpful from the time we called to book our group until we walked out the door when we were done. Our flight instructor Douglas was such a great instructor, he made it fun for everyone. We paid extra to go to the top of the tunnel and that is a must do, another instructor shoots up to the top with you if you are a novice like we all are so it is safe and fun.If you are thinking about going, DO IT! You won't regret it.Thank you iFLY for a great family night.

My 10 y/o grandson wanted this for Christmas, so we bought one for him and one for me, Grandma (64 y/o). Neither of us had ever done anything remotely like this before. We had a great time. All the staff and flight instructors were super friendly. We never felt intimidated. We had the Costco gift cards, and our only issue was with scheduling. We tried by phone first and weren't able to get in the same timeframe. Then we tried the website and were able to get a time that they told us by phone was not available. We still were not together, but were at least close enough. I highly recommend that your group get on at the same time. It looks like they can do 10 - 12 people for the same time slot. Each session takes about 30+ minutes as each person gets 2 minutes of fly time. You can watch the flying as long as you want and watch the instructors perform tricks at the end of each session. There are chairs situated around the fly space with huge windows all around. You're welcome to take photos or videos, and they will take them as well. There are vending machines for water, sodas, and snacks. And they said you can bring in Starbucks or whatever. There is a birthday room and lots of specials on prices. It's an expensive treat, but makes a great and memorable experience.

Went here to celebrate a birthday. We had a lot of fun. After watching a training video everyone get to do a one minute flight. And then the second time a two minute flight. Additional time can be bought. It was very exhilarating and our instructor Willo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. One thing I did not expect was how sore my shoulders and arms would be the next day! It is a lil pricey but we will probably try it again!
