Obelisco Estate Tasting Room is located in Woodinville Wine Warehouse District near Seattle and it just happened to be our first stop of our first day of wine tasting in the ever expanding Woodinville, WA wine area. We received a warm welcome from the tasting room manager, Kerry Walsh, and were treated to a very informative tasting of great wines that are from the highly acclaimed Red Mountain growing region of Washington. The winemaker and owner, Don Long was in the tasting room that day as well and he was very friendly, answering our questions and adding to the great descriptions of the wine given by Kerry. I would highly recommend seeking out this tasting room in the Wine Warehouse district and making it one of your first stops. Their customer service and fantastic wines were the highlight of our whole day of visiting many more tasting rooms in the area.
