就在华大附近,非常适合跑步的好地方.沿着湖跑一圈,大概五公里.天气好的时候,很多人在旁边晒太阳,风景还不错.如果想要清凉一点,还可以尝试一下跳水的活动.

第一次跳水就在这里根本踩不到地我以为我要溺毙了幸好有救生员还有我朋友但是会跳上瘾真的很好玩每个礼拜都去跳外国小孩都很厉害 都跳最高的板而且他们都不用蛙镜和泳圈耶这里还有很多户外设施 网球场 篮球场 羽球场 还可以烤肉野餐

One of the nicest spots in Seattle, great neighborhood, lots of nice places to eat around, great for fall foliage...It was all good.

Always beautiful. next to community center. Hundreds of people everyday of the year walking all the way around, or part way round the lake. You get the outdoors, community and sparkling light off the water every day of the year. Near so many restaurants and playgrounds. For all ages

It's an excellent walking lake- always lots of people and pet. My dog always findsLots of furry friends to play with. Plenty of parking- scenic and just plain beautiful!

For those of us who live fairly close to Green Lake, we wish we could keep it all to ourselves. There is nothing like taking a walk around the lake on a beautiful sunny day-rowers on the water, fishing poles waiting for a bite, kids playing, roller bladers, plein aire art in progress and usually a few friends to say hello But, it seems that most people know about Green Lake. So, if you are traveling through, get a local taste of an active neighborhood. It can be crowded if the weather is perfect.

An ideal place to get some exercise in. The loop is fully paved the whole way around. Flat too. I do not recommend getting into the water - but looking at it is fun. The park itself is nice - kiddie playground, basketball court, baseball diamond, and lots of room for field sports.

Our Irish wolfhounds liked this big walk around the lake meeting other dogs and people. We liked the restrained speed of the movement in organized lanes. We also found a few geocaches in the area so that also made the walk interesting. Includes a lovely view around and across the lake.

The park is really a green belt around the lake. In turn, the green belt is surrounded by roads and parking lots (free parking). It is very pleasant to see. Many people walk around the lake, about 2.8 miles. A great spot for a peaceful walk, a conversation, or just contemplation. Greenlake library and various restaurants are just across the roadway. One can visit adjacent covered, heated swimming facility (somewhat bedraggled). Read local news for various activities that occur periodically on or around the lake, e.g. home-made outlandish "boats" raced there, lights fest, etc. A pleasant urban getaway at any time (unless it is raining heavily... (.

There are bigger parks, offering more activities than Green Lake, but you won't find a better walk anywhere. Coming in at a bit over 3 miles in length, it's the perfect way to spend an hour on a nice sunshiny day. Even in the winter, there are always plenty of people and I have never felt unsafe. Walkers and bike riders are kept separate to avoid collisions.

I love green lake, and have spent countless hours walking or biking around it's perimeter. As a child, I used to swim there, but would no longer advise it due to questionable water quality. People fish, and row on the lake during the season. It is not without its downsides. Bathrooms are infrequent around the lake, so plan ahead. Also, some of the bike riders seem to think of the bike path is their personal training area, and absolutely fly around the lake, getting upset if there is someone walking in their way.

I could spend hours here every day! Such a peaceful and serene setting. My wife and I spent quite a bit of time here on our anniversary and we enjoyed it so much! We will be back again!

I've been to green lake a few times while visiting Seattle. Always beautiful. Dogs, families, bikes, waterfowl, crew teams, this place is always humming. Beautiful location and a great place to take the family! Nice trails around the lake too!

If you want to get some exercise and not drive out of the city, this is a great place to go. The walk around the lake is an easy walk and the scenery is enjoyable. There are restrooms along the way and even a cute little theater that has live plays. There are a few food stands if you get hungry or thirsty also, or you can go to one of the many nice restaurants around the lake (across the street). Many people take a walk around the lake after eating lunch at one of the local restaurants. It is one of the best parks you can go to.
