My husband and I went to a a pasta-making demonstration / lesson with Maria, and it was one of my favorite date night events. The sessions are are limited to eight people (usually couples) so the event is more intimate and cozy, especially if you bring a bottle of wine (encouraged) to enjoy with the food you create and consume. It's very much like sitting around the kitchen island with your friends and helping the one who happens to be a chef. In addition, the store and the adjoining cheese shop are great places to find gourmet goodies for yourself or when you need a hostess gift.

Strolling through downtown and stopped in to sample. Loved the friendly service and bought several items because of it.

Stopped in this cute little shop. The owner, was very helpful, offering samples of items we were interested in. She offered some suggestions to use the oils that we never would have thought of. Told us about cooking classes etc.
