....for the Annual Kiwanis Pancake Jamboree!You gotta love these pancakes and the sausage!!!!And the kids especially enjoy seeing the pancakes cooked on the old grills!

We took our daughter to the college fair and that was a mess. For the people that attended the place was miserable crowd and too hot. The air condition was either turned way down or broken the same as last year. The building is old and in need of updating

This place is nice for very large events. We usually bring 700-900 or more every two months and it is a nice venue to have a very large meeting. Building seems to be open most of the time when events are booked. Parking across the street and a weatherized walkway across the street so traffic is not an issue!!!

Great place for a Conference. Prices at the snack place was a little pricy. The eating places where near by and good. It was not hard to find

We came to the Benton Center for a church conference, and the facility was very nice. It is right in the heart of downtown W-S close to major hotels and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Had quite a nice lunch served during a convention session. Bathrooms were convenient and clean. Great space. Escalators were off early in the morning, odd.

The Benton Center is a great venue for conferences. Location is good and easily accessible. Bordered by two major chain hotels---Marriott and Embassy Suites.

The staff are great to work with when planning events at the convention center. Parking and lodging are convenient and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The facility is easy to navigate and has great open spaces.

Spacious. Wallpaper and carpet a little outdated. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location. Needs more seating in lobby.

Enjoyed the Christmas for the City Event, but the venue really needs to be updated. Decor is outdated.

The convention center is nice and very easy to access. I like that the layout is wide open and not cramped. I think that they, could do better on food selection and pricing. Overall a nice place to have a convention.

My hotel was not too far from the BCC; although, shuttle service was provided. The BCC was spacious; the restrooms were clean, which is important, and the staff was very accommodating.

Have not been to Winston-Salem in almost 40 years and found myself with a friend at convention in the Benton Center. Impressive facility for a town of that size. Easy to navigate, well situated. There are reasonable hotels all around with parking and covered access. Can see this would be an excellent site for any number of "convention type" activities. Modern, clean and well appointed. I would not hesitate to return. This isn't the Atlanta World Congress Center or the Stephens Center in Chicago, but it's not bad; don't forget, you're in Winston-Salem, NC. The surrounding hotels/parking and covered access in a "downtown setting" makes it a bit of a gem when compared to many similar venues.

I could not keep a connection at all in the exhibit halls, the rooms were fine. The seating in the foyer is dingy and has many stains on them, not what one would expect when visiting a major city like Winston Salem.

Go here for conventions twice a year. It works. Decor is tired and needs replacing. Stuck in the 1970's and feels dirty, but most conventions are somewhat on the grubby side anyway.
