Very clean hotel, up to date appearance. Great location... Even if not downtown. Staff was very accommodating (thanks Yakira & bartender from Jersey) & helpful... Gave us cab info... Let us know when cab came. Friendly welcome & remembered us from phone reservation.

Our hotel, Hampton Inn shuttled us here so no problems with parking. Excellent variety of stores, well-kept, and good choice of eating options.

The shops at Crabtree are good and there are many places to choose from. The biggest downside to Crabtree is the parking is almost always a nightmare. There is valet parking and if you have a Lexus, it's free, but if you're trying to park on your own it's tough. Some Saturdays, traffic will line up out to the highway.

It's hard to believe that this mall is more than 40 years old. From what I could see it's modern and up-to-date in every respect. There are more than 200 hundred stores and restaurants, making it a very big mall. My wife and I spent a Saturday afternoon shopping, and came back in the evening for dinner at Brio Tuscan Grille. On Sunday, since we were staying at the Hampton Inn nearby, I came back alone in the afternoon to see more of the mall and to check out some of the restaurants for dinner.One drawback is the parking - it can be a nightmare trying to find a spot and the traffic makes for an unpleasant experience. I can't imagine what it was like during the Christmas holiday shopping. We discovered that our Hampton Inn/Crabtree Valley offered shuttle service to and from the mall and its restaurants. Having someone drop you off and pick you up - that's the way to go.

I always enjoy shopping here when I'm in the area. Lots of great selections from my favorite stores and great food whether from the Cheesecake Factory or the food court.

I was on a business trip and stayed near the mall so we went to pass some time. Very nice mall! Good selection of stores and was not busy at all! If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely visit again

Home of the 4 foot parking space!!! You would have thought it was the day before Christmas, not some regular Saturday! Clearly this place only thought of how many overpriced mall stores they could pack into a small area, with no consideration to room for adequate parking spaces!Avoid this mall, unless you want to waste money and ride a bike!!!

We walked over from the Marriott so no parking issues. The mall was decked out in its Christmas decorations and felt very festive. There was a power outage while we were there, which lasted around an hour, so that was a bit of a disappointment as stores all closed for security reasons. Lots of shopping and, dining options here.

I mostly go to Macy and the Apple shop. There are also several restaurants and a lot of special stores with many things

Appealing mall with very popular retail stores you normally don’t see in cities with smaller malls (H&M, Coach, LEGO Store, Michael Kors, Apple Store, Eddie Bauer, Fossil….) there’s also a variety of restaurants to choose from after a day of shopping (PF Chang, Cheesecake Factory, Red Monkey, McCormmick & Schmick, Auntie Anne’s…) Parking is tricky though, Parked in Belk parking lot but took a long time to find my car when I came out, had to go to the other Belk entrance- recommend taking special note of exactly what entrance you enter the mall at - can be confusing..

It has all that you need in a mall. I loved it and wish I lived closer to it so that I could visit more often. This was my first trip to this mall.

Very diverse shopping. They have something for everyone. I love this place, especially at Christmas.

I am a teenage girl reviewing this: This is a fantastic mall with lots of great stores. My only complaint is that some of the stores (Deb, Wet Seal, etc) reaked of a weird musky smell. Other than that, the mall was great! :)

By far the best mall in Raleigh and the surrounding area. It's clean, well stocked, and has a nice variety of stores to accommodate any shopping needs. Highly recommended.
