We had an excellent service here Tori and [not sure Charles?]. It struck me though how all 6 people we dealt with were very customer centric and interested in helping and thinking about what they were doing. For example somewhere along the way they had one of us not marked as a couples massage [per some schedule my wife saw.] but someone figured it out and fixed it before it was a problem. Then she needed to reschedule a future appointment. The lady assisting her with that went above and beyond discussing technicians and options in a manner I cannot begin to understand but to say I was impressed and the Mrs. was pleased. Overall, I think it was a great experience and will likely return for next Valentine’s day if not sooner. I would recommend this spa to others.
