texarkana museums system

Nice museum , not real big. Two floors that cover the history of Texarkana. The car museum is only open on weekends . We never found the railroad museum.

Enjoyed 4 museums in one day - Ace of Clubs house, Antique Auto Museum, Railroad Museum, and Discovery Place.Great places to take children. THoughtful and helpful docents at all locations.

It is a good 30 minutes tour. self guided. there are lots of pictures and the story of how texarkana and the hospitals where made. it wouldnt take long and will entertain you for a bit, but wont knock your socks off..
