My kids and I have enjoyed many a visit to this wonderful museum. The grounds are beautiful! Great place for photo ops. So many good memories of wonderful art classes and exhibits. A gem in a tiny town.

The art Center is a great part of Muscatine-from the exhibits to the art classes offered year round this place is something that is fun for the entire family. It is packed with art and historical venues.

This museum may be small but it is packed with some awesome treasures! The building itself is a magnificent example of a home of the lumber barons and of past glory, and the grounds are lovely as well. The collections it holds are wonderful and the various exhibits are interesting, educational, and often spectacular.

A beautiful house and art museum. Totally worth an hour or two of your time. Especially interesting was the Mississippi River road exhibit, and some great impressionist etc. works. Very relevant for our trip along the river road.

The Art Center does not just contain art. It has a beautiful garden, and the historical house that it is connected to has amazing architecture. Well worth the stop.

We live in Muscatine, and frequently visit the Art Museum. Our daughter has taken several art classes offered through the center and has learned a lot about art, while having a good time. The art museum has travelling exhibits, while also having the Musser Historic Home as a permanent exhibit. Touring the home during Christmas is a special treat as they decorate the living room with an old-fashioned Christmas tree, and old-fashioned toys.

Their patio is excellent for a wedding or other type of outdoor event. Their art collection seems limited but come on, we are in a small town so what do we expect? All in all a very nice place and very well maintained.

Awesome collect of original art, well displayed artifacts from the past (no junk) in the beautiful rooms of the house, and usually a travel exhibit. The city is lucky to have this Art Center.
