My Wife found the first Factory Connection store in Crossville, TN, then the Knoxville, TN store and know lives the largest Factory Connection store in Newport, TN. She enjoys the selection, friendliness of the staff, price, fashion, and atmosphere to be great. Located in Tractor Supply center and across from the best pizza in Newport, TN - Milano's Pizza and Italian.

the store is definitely affordable but its not the best quality when it comes to the shoes, and other items. I think the jeans looked about the best and probably would have been the best deal. Otherwise, i didnt think anything there was all that.. I was totally disappointed with the shoes. the images of their shoes online looked so much better.

I love going to this place! They have such pretty outfits for a great price. They always have great sales. Some days 50% and sometimes buy one get one free or buy one get one 50% off. And the quality of the clothing is great!! Definitely a must see store!! There's also one in Greeneville near staples.
