Love to go to the drive in! Pam Friend and family go out of their way to make this an enjoyable experience. They hold several before-movie events throughout the season, including a classic car show that takes you right back to the drive-in hey days. Clean bathrooms, good snack bar and friendly staff makes this the place to go on Friday and Saturday nights!

I love going to the drive in. Maybe it's because I went to the drive in a lot as a kid and always had a great time. I feel blessed to have a top-notch drive in half an hour from my house. Even when I have to go alone, which is quite a bit of the time, I go as often as I can. My only regret is that they aren't open year round.

There is a drive-in theater in Montrose. The snack bar has food.I couldn't see the movie because there's a church lit up behind you and the light floods out the movie screen. Yet again, Christians are ruin everything. Thanks Jesus.

What a treat it is to have a great family treat like Star Drive Inn! So much fun for the whole family no matter what the age is. Beautiful picture and such friendly staff.

Just like the old days only with a better picture. And being outdoors we were treated to a lightening show to boot! Didn't witness any loud, obnoxious, movie goers. A fun time was had by all.

There are only a few hundred drive-in theaters still showing movies in the United States. If your youngsters have never been to one, here's their chance. The movies that were shown in August of 2014 were in their initial release, and they were family friendly.

My family and I enjoyed a Thursday night viewing at the Star Drive Inn Theatre. The sound system worked great, and the spacing between cars was sufficient for good viewing. With drive-ins so few and far between, this was a real treat, especially since we were able to take our daughter to her first movie without the worry of bothering other viewers. We actually were going to go again on the Saturday, but the line to get in was backed up for blocks (and the movies not perfect for young kids). I recommend you go early to get your pick of location in the lot.

Great family friendly movies with showings at 8:30 and 10. Just like the old days. Clean and people were respectful!

We visited the drive in movies and were totally impressed. It's a smaller drive inn but was super fun and not crowded. Also, the staff was super friendly. Fun, fun place to take your family and make memories.

Good clean fun. Always a good time and did I mention the home made fries? Yummy!This is a family owned and operated business and they are all very friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere! Brings back fun memories of going to the drive in as a kid. Haven't tried the food yet though as we usually bring in our own pizza and drinks. Wear layers for those chilly CO nights! Price is great too!
