Plenty of tables, paths, sun or shade. A rec hall that is rented for birthday parties, weddings, etc. turns into a place open for ice skaters in winter. Many places in the park for fantastic photo shoots. Water falls, rock garden, play grounds, a lot of enjoyment waiting for you.

This is a wonderful park with a lot to offer. There are picnic shelters, hiking trails, bird watching, playgrounds. There is a waterfall and a creek that runs thru it. And it is never overly crowded so you can enjoy yourself without having people in your space.

Clean park, several bathrooms, many shelters, great waterfall. Nice place to take walks. Tennis courts, basketball court, baseball diamond. Nice fishing. Usually maintained well.

There are two waterfalls on Murder Creek (Oh yes, there is a story behind that name!) in Akron Falls Park - Upper and Lower. One is about 40' high while the other is about 20' high. Of course the best time to view them is when water levels are high as with many waterfalls. You might also enjoy the rock garden, picnic areas, ball diamonds, fishing, hiking trails, tennis courts, cliffs, sledding, ice skating, cross-country skiing, and the lakes and ponds (according to season). All-in-all, Akron Falls Park is a nice place to visit.
