This place has turned from from last year when I was hereMaria and her staff is Calmunderstanding and Professional. My Hair care services are always great.

I received a Spa Week gift card and looked on the website for participating spas. Many Rani salon/spas were listed including the Mineola location. I called on both Saturday and Sunday to make sure the card would honored at the Mineola location. I made an appointment for noon on Sunday. I arrived at noon and presented the gift card. The woman at the desk said she wasn't sure if they took the card and would find out. After twenty minutes, she returned saying they don't take the card. I showed her the website on my phone and showed her that they were a participating salon/spa. She shrugged her shoulders. One of the hair cutters at the salon said to the receptionist, "of course we take that gift card." By then no one in the spa made a decision so I took my gift card and left. There are over ten spas in a five mile radius from my home listed on the website. Upon returning home, I immediately found another spa in Garden City called "O Spa" where I was welcome and very pleased with the services I received.I will never visit any Rani again.
