I visited this museum several months ago (July 2014) and forgot to review it, but I remember it well. Staff is well informed and happy to answer any questions you have.

This museum is a work in progress. I foresee good things coming. Right now money is going into paying off the mortgage, but soon it will be going into improving exhibits. There is an abundance of donated items including many binders full of information about local families.. We enjoyed seeing the jukebox collection, the Pan American Exhibition diorama, and the boat (real one). The museum boasts an extensive research library (fees)There are many little "cubbies" full of interesting items and articles and photographs attached to walls and dividers. I learned many things about the city I moved to just 5 years ago. I'll be going back to see this museum to see the progress they make. General admission is only $5.00 (the Entertainment Book coupon is not accepted) There are discounts for seniors, vets (US & Canadian), military, students, etc.
