Nestled in the heart of Flushing, this historic Reform Synagogue is trying to remain viable in the face of changing demographics. Their dedicated membership works hard to be welcoming. The building itself needs some work, but the Sanctuary is what should bring you there. And, you don't have to be Jewish to enjoy its beauty.

This large, stately brick synagogue with classic pillars was built in 1917--almost 100 years old. It is about a half block off Main Street and is a magnficent structure both inside and out. The synagogue is the oldest reform synagogue in Queens and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The are regular actvities and services throughout the week.
