bangor mall

I'm from Canada and people from my area often go to Bangor for the shopping. My wife stopped over on our way to Portsmouth and don't understand why people come here for the shopping. The mall itself isn't that big and the selection of stores is the same as you would find in any mall. We'll keep doing what we usually do and just keep driving.

Would of loved to have a seat after a long day of shopping but every chair and bench were taken. Ended up sitting on a table in the lounge area.

lots of selection and good buys. Spent an entire day there. very close to our hotel but not able to walk because had too many shopping bags to carry back. lol

We were driving through Bangor on the I95 and pulled off for a break in the day's drive. The mall turned out to be a wonderful place to stop at. JCPenny, Macy's and Sears form the anchor stores and there are a nice selection of small stores in between. A typical American mall, it is a nice place to take a break if you are travelling through the area. Easy on/off for the I95 makes it easy to access. The staff are friendly and there are some fast food restaurants in the mall where you can eat.

Being the middle of the week it was not very busy and that was a welcome relief. Some very good sales

Stores and staff were great! We were not sure about the location of a store, we asked the security guard and he was more then helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome
