livingston golf and country club

Fantastic condition and friendly folks. Just a 9 hole course, but worth the stop. Course runs along the Yellowstone River with great views of the mountains all around. Inexpensive, too!

To be honest, I was a surprised to find a golf course in the little town of Livingston, Montana. This is actually a pretty decent 9-hole course that offers a little bit of challenge. The best part is that it's right along the Yellowstone River. Would golf here again on a hot summer day. Not sure how it would be in the winter, if it's even open.

This 9 hole golf course is a fun one. The mountains form the distant backdrop and the Yellowstone River runs along side. The club area is very casual and visitors are welcomed by the friendly staff. There's always a hot dog on the grill and there's a full bar, too.

Here, you have to go with the wind. Some holes along the Yellowstone River. We played it in the winter.
