If you spray the ball and swing for all the distance you can muster, you'll find Fairway Hills especially challenging. If you're not a long hitter but keep the ball in the fairway consistently, you may find you can go lower than usual. In either case, you'll enjoy the Bermuda fairways and the well-kept but not very fast greens.

Fairway will make you test your shots and placement. It may be shorter but don't let that fool you. Lots of out of bounds and water to reach out and grab your shots. Easy to get to and usually easy to get on.

This is a beautiful course. It isn't particularly long but is very tight with water in play on 8 of the holes.

Fairway hills need not be on anyone's must play list. While some courses have houses developed around the course, fairway hills golf course was layed out to fit within the housing development. It's short and tight and the houses are close enough on many holes to warrant protection nets. Well under 6000 from the whites, for the average golfer it's too tight to play comfort from the blues..plus the blues are not located near the cart paths so,playing them adds considerable to the length of play.
