This place is very serious about fitness - top of the line equipment, capable trainers, great classes. The setting is fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling views of the beach as you run on the treadmill. The place is clean and attractive. On the whole, a very positive experience!

A very nice gym with an amazing direct view of the Red Sea. It was very motivating and felt good to have this one awesome view of the beach while running on the treadmill. Overall, a Clean gym with a variety of machines/equipment and friendly front-desk staff.

Lax Gym is a high quality fitness gym with beautiful interior and an amazing view at the beach. The hosts are very friendly and invited me to stay in their nice lounge for some hours for getting my emails done. Free WLAN is not very usual in El Gouna. Thank you!

For half year im a happy member in Lax Gym El Gouna. I m visiting once or twice a week. This place really has great machines and very sweet relaxation area, sauna and steam. Also it has nice massage. Doing my sport with all possible comfort makes me to return again and again. P. S. : wonderfull view to the sea is the best for my mind to relax

I live in El Gouna and use the gym daily. I would highly recommend to anyone as the staff are friendly, there are a great selection of classes, there is a huge variety of equipment and machinery and the place is always immaculately clean which puts most European gyms to shame.

Since 18 months I'm daily at the gym and lost 81 kilo's, so even when I'm on holiday I need to workout and the lax helps me to continue and the view is amazing.

I am a regular visitor to El Guna aprox 4 months of the year.I have been to the two Gym's I know of in El Guna, and would recommend Lax.The main points would be: up to date equipment both machines and free weights, Incredibly clean putting even Virgin Gym to shame, free towels (may seem petty but less to carry), nice spa area and very helpful staff. Oh and you work out looking at the sea! It's not the cheapest but there are deals for week-month passes and the difference between the two gyms is minimal cost benefits for a massive jump in quality.

An excellent facility with a variety of great equipments. The view is just amazing overlooking the sea! Everything is super clean, from equipments, lockers, bathrooms, etc...The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a must-try when you're in El Gouna!

One of the best gyms I've been too.. The gym equipment is luxurious & comfortable.. Everything is supper clean.. The trainers r all well experienced & the rest of the staff r very friendly & helpful. They offer a wide range of classes, spinning classes with "Nirvana" r fantastic.. :) If u'r in Gouna for a few days, they offer a variety of packages.. Including day use. Must try!

Everytime I go to Gouna, Lax is my first destination. Always looking forward for their new weekly schedule of classes, I usually sign up for the class pass and try almost everything. The gym is impeccably clean, staff is very friendly and professional and most importantly all fitness instructors are excellent. The interior decoration and the direct sea view are just the cherry on the cake.

staff there are very helpful and nice and the gym itself is set up in a very good way. I just love how the view when running is the ocean it makes me not want to stop running, all of there equipment is new and there spa is amazing. I spent a whole 4 hours in the gym and felt like I could have stayed more.
