The free downtown Louisville Walking tour given by the Visitor Center in Downtown is a great introduction to the sights and events happening in downtown Louisville. The guide was experienced and full of information about the downtown. He explained various building, historical locations and neighborhoods within the downtown. His knowledge of the area was evident and his interpretation of the events that formed and developed the downtown were excellent. This is a great introduction to Louisville and to top it off it is free.
