This is a renovated Waylande Gregory statue from the depression era. It is a series of fountains and sculptures that are bizarre to say the least. It has been renovated but not kept up. It is in beautiful Roosevelt Park which offers lots of amenities. This exhibit is worth the walk. There is also a veterans memorial there.
