This concert venue is a nice relaxing place. If you don't want to be seated with a crowd around you,you can buy a lawn ticket bring a blanket and enjoy the show form there. The lawn tickets for most shows,i feel are very cheap.

This was supposed to be a 2.5 mile ride through great decorations, the first 1.8 miles consisted of weaving your way through the parking lots, I tuned to their radio station which is a good idea but it didn't come in well at all, some of the displays were cool but some weren't lit, three blinks of Rudolph's nose and it was over, you drive a little further thinking there must be more and your back on the ramp to the parkway with the other drivers still looking for the rest of the display or better yet a refund....Your better off just glancing over from the parkway at 50 mph and use your $25 to do something else, the only spectacular part was the money they collected for this LESS THAN SPECTACULAR display....

Visited for the Holiday lights on a Friday night, great light show, and stopped in the village after for ice skating & Luge slide. The slide was awesome....... Food trucks and ATM's are pllenty here. Bring extra spending money

First off, let me say, I never rate things. I always figured if i wasn't happy i just wouldn't go again. But i find myself feeling so strongly i had to make comment. This was absolutely terrible. To have the nerve to charge a car with 2 adults and 2 kids under 4 25$ to see this is unbelievable. Very poorly lit and had to stop to figure out which way to go more than once. The light display was way short of spectacular. It was even short of "it was ok". Save your money and just drive the streets. PNC , you should be ashamed of this money grab. I rate it less than 1 dot. Zero dots is more than it deserves.

I had the privilege of chaperoning a trip for chorus members of an elementary school. They were invited to sing at the Village at the end of the light display. The children did a great job and then we preceded to load busses to drive through the light display. I was appalled that after singing and devoting time toPerform, we were charged 50 dollars a bus to drive thru the light display. What a money making scheme...can't believe that the busses couldn't drive thru for free as compensation for the children's great performance. Nice display of lights but not worth that kind of money!

This was a TERRIBLE experience. We spent $25 which is OUTRAGEOUS for what is there - there are a handful of displays and it doesn't take long to drive past them. There is nothing particularly spectacular about any of them. We waited almost TWO HOURS just to get up to the box office area, that's how slowly things eeked forward! There was NO place to get out if you changed your mind (either from ridiculous prices, ridiculous traffic, or any other reason) so beware you will be trapped for the full duration. Not to mention there was one poorly lit port-a-john in a corner for hundreds of cars pouring in, most of them with cars full of little kids. REALLY?! There is hardly anyone directing traffic or moving things along either. You will be sorely disappointed about every aspect of this - save your kids from this attraction.

Can't provide a review because after over an hour of practically a complete standstill in line, we still weren't even close to the entrance. We had to literally ride over the curb to get out of there. No kid is going to wait over 2 hours to get in to see what appeared to be a shabby light display. Shame on the arts center for not posting a wait time. Do not waste your time or money.

We sat in line in my car for about and hour; for a 10 minute if that tour of half lit lights. I agree you would get a better light show from your neighbors lights. Heck buy a few LED flashlights and you would get a better show. Then stop inside and get ready to spend ridiculous money on hot chocolate, stale pretzels etc. Oh did I forgot that Santa Claus was there to for the kids to see. The guy walks into the tent area in dirty sneakers and appeared that he had a few drinks before getting there. Maybe he had to wait as long as we did to get into the place. NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY.

The drive trough course runs about 15-20 minutes at 3MPH. Some of the structures were underwhelming, some appeared to need maintenance. That prepared you for the finish. Nothing like a van full of little kids expecting to skate or sled being told "it's not working tonight"....no other apologies or refunds. Having forked over $30 up front I felt like we were robbed but had to stay cool for the kids. Besides, there wasn't an adult in sight to speak to. Save your money, take a ride through the neighborhoods looking at home lighting displays and use the $30 to buy everyone a hot chocolate and donut at Dunkin. TOTAL RIP OFF MADE EVEN WORSE BECAUSE KIDS GET EFFECTED...SHAME ON THE PRODUCER LIVE NATION AND THE NJ HIGHWAY AUTHORITY FOR ALLOWING IT!

I've been attending concerts at the PNC Arts Center since before PNC slapped its name on the venue. Virtually all of the shows were spectacular, but the facility needs upgrading. Restrooms are inadequate with lines frequently extending past the doors. Snack stands offer crappy food at exorbitant prices. While the selection of the beer and wines is satisfactory, their prices are not. Some of the best seats are on the lawn where you have room to dance and move about more freely. Just wear appropriate footwear - high heels will just aerate the lawn and frustrate your stride. Please note that some parking lots are located far from the venue and may be reached either by foot or by shuttle bus (provided by PNC Arts Center). While I will continue to attend events at the Arts Center, I will not purchase their food. I'm currently working on expanding my bladder. ;)

Nope. Spent $25 for a 5 minute ride on Thanksgiving night through nice lights but experience was waaaay too short and expensive. They could have charged maybe $5 or $10 but $25 was ridiculous in hindsight. If you're gonna spend that kind of money, buy some gas and drive through your neighborhood. I'm sure there's lots of pretty decorated houses and businesses that offer a better and longer experience.

Spent an hour waiting to get into the Holiday light spectacular and then spent $25.00 for a 10 minute ride. It wasn't worth the time or money! The lights in my neighborhood were nicer and they were free!

The only affordable seating was on the lawn, The booking fees and ticket prices layden with everyone's fees almost require a loan to be taken out to see an artist today. And the choices of acts has gone to the cellar since live nation took over. The days are missed along with the ticket prices of the Garden State Arts Center of the 1970 & 90's when a concert was affordable.....

We have come to this venue often enough, the sound is nice and the angle of the seats is good to have a good view from almost any where. There are some areas where you may have obstruction by the columns but in general is really good the area that is under the roof. The area for the lawn chairs has good eye view also and you only need to get there early in order to get closer and also pray there is no rain as it get moody. The parking is interesting if you don't have VIP parking as you will need to catch a bus or walk about a mile+ to get there. The food court is ok and they have plenty of selection for this type of venues. It is easy on and easy off the Parway.

So, many of you (25,000) have read my reviews good and unhappy (remember the 14,000 of you that read my at&t cowboys stadium crapper review?). This review is to praise PNC bank for 1. Being a fantastic Raleigh corporate citizen 2. Sponsoring a fantastic franchise like the Raleigh based carolina hurricanes and 3. Employing people that care about the communities they work in. Unlike many mega banks ...or banks that never give back (bb$t)...PNC arena and PNC bank are appreciated in Raleigh NC! Thank you PNC bank....
