gunflint hills golf course

this is a great course for beginners, like myself as well as challenging enough for those more experienced. The course plays quick so one can squeeze in nine holes in about 1.5 hours....

Just outside of Grand Marais, up the beautiful Gunflint Trail is a challenging 9 hole golf course. You can spend more more playing golf, but if you like a challenge you don't need to go any further.

We always try to golf here at least once every summer. The course is challenging but not overly difficult for beginners. Some of the holes are quite long and narrow so I always manage to lose a few balls. It's usually not crowded so that is nice for us since we are not that good at golf. We don't feel rushed or that people are waiting on us.

I love the gunflint golf course. It is the first course I've been on and I love going back, its nice and very reasonable price wise. I would suggest anyone to give it a try. We go back as much as possbile and even our young son is learning on this course.
