Step back in time to ski gear we remembered as kids and college students plus much more. A very nice display and not too much. We spent about 30 minutes and enjoyed every one. It's free but we were inspired to make a donation.

This Museum is one nice size room PACKED with info and Memorabilia. Such as skis made in Maine past and present. Also, a lot of Ski Gear and Outfits from the past. Former USA Olympian Karl Anderson (from Maine) is represented well with some of the ski gear he wore in the Winter Olympics back in 1976. The Museum also had a lot of History on past and present local Ski areas. Lots of books, ski passes, patches, stickers. Nice place to visit when the wind has cranked up and shut down the lifts.

We loved looking at the wood skis and other handmade items, all ski-related, that have been carefully gathered and displayed.
