long beach marina

This place simply doesn't exist. I've been living in this city for over 20 years and am intimately familiar with the area this place claims to be--actually, approximately 1/4 mile from my home, and involved in boating, but have never heard of this place. The location on the map shows it directly on an unprotected stretch of ocean. No marina could exist in such a hostile environment.
