I love visiting old grave yards. This one was very old and very well kept. Like others have said you will have to walk up steps but it is worth the climb. Very interesting place

Sadly, this was the only Hatfield-McCoy historic site I was able to see during my short visit to Pikeville. I got directions to Dils Cemetery from the Visitors' Bureau off Hambley Blvd. Dils Cemetery is located across Chloe Street from the Pikeville Fire Department Training Center. The cemetery is accessed via a set of stairs. There is ample signage to provide visitors with information about Dils Cemetery and the Hatfields and McCoys buried there. Definitely worth a visit while you're in the area.

The cemetery was well marked. Parking was across the street and had access to the cemetery via a stairs.

I walked up the multiple steps to the cemetery. The pathway to the grave sites to the right was muddy and steep watch it especially if it is rainy can be slippery.

I love looking through old cemeteries and this was no exception. It is set on a large hill, so be aware there is some steep stepping. Hatfield and McCoys are buried here.
